Terms of service

These terms apply to advisory, workshop, and briefing services offered by Cloudorchestrate via cloudorchestrate.digital.

1. Parties

These terms are between you (the client) and Cloudorchestrate, operating from 47 Tonbridge Rd, Cootham, RH20 6SJ, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@cloudorchestrate.digital, +44 070 5046 8432.

2. Services

We provide feature adoption analytics consulting: audits, taxonomy workshops, activation reviews, and briefings. Deliverables and timelines are confirmed in a written statement of work or email confirmation before work begins. Pricing pages are informational only and do not create a contract.

3. Engagements

Work begins after you accept a proposal and any required deposit is received. You agree to provide reasonable access to product owners, analytics tools, and documentation needed for the engagement. Delays in access may extend timelines.

4. Fees and invoices

Fees are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. We do not process card payments on this website.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use deliverables (briefs, decks, taxonomies) for your internal business purposes. Our methods, templates, and playbook structure remain our intellectual property. You retain ownership of your data and product materials.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information private and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from product decisions you make after receiving our advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds are described in our refund policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Material changes to an active engagement will be communicated in writing.
